Kacey Musgraves made history when she won the 2019 Grammy for album of the year and swept the country music categories, but there's one award she won't win: entertainer of the year at the Academy of Country Music Awards.

Ashley McBryde, who won new female artist of the year, also was memorable: almost in tears, she strummed her guitar and beautifully sang "Girl Goin' Nowhere".

Male artist of the year went to Thomas Rhett. Aldean earned the Dick Clark Artist of the Decade Award.

Musgraves also won album of the year for her latest record, "Golden Hour". I wasn't nominated for the Grammys this year, so I just watched it from home, and it was like, wow!

While this wasn't the first time Lambert, 35, has sung the updated rendition of the hit song, she has never done so with Shelton present - seemingly shading the "Voice" judge in front of his longtime girlfriend Gwen Stefani in the process. The actress took the stage alongside country singers Carrie Underwood, Lauren Alaina, Mickey Guyton, Madison Warlow, and Taylor Dye. I love you guys. It's a remarkable feat, and Lambert's performance on Sunday (April 7) was a reminder of her prowess as a singer, songwriter and performer. Underwood, Brandi Carlile, Maren Morris, Kelly Clarkson, Miranda Lambert, Ashley McBryde and McEntire saing onstage.
