New York Democrat Pushes Back Against Green New Deal

Max Rose (D-N.Y.) explained to WNET's "MetroFocus" why he believes the new deal is unwarranted. "I represent Florida's 1st Congressional District while it is above water", Gaetz said as he began his press conference.

"We need a Green Real Deal in this country to attack climate change with realistic solutions", Gaetz told ABC News in an interview at his office as he prepared to launch his own initiative.

Carlson made the initial jab on Monday, mocking the liberal television host for his enthusiasm in hosting a town hall for Democratic rising star Alexandria Ocasio-Cortez' much-maligned "Green New Deal".

"This scheme allowed Ocasio-Cortez to gain an unfair advantage by receiving illegally excessive contributions and illegally subsidized campaign services", the complaint states. "You can't go do the Green New Deal, but Republicans can't just criticize the ideas of Democrats without proposing an alternative".

The new complaint alleges Ocasio-Cortez and Chakrabarti "engaged in a brazen scheme involving multiple political and commercial entities under their control to violate federal election law, circumvent federal contribution limits and reporting requirements, and execute an unlawful subsidy scheme".

"History will judge harshly my Republican colleagues who deny the science of climate change", Gaetz said.

Trump received loud cheers as he laughed at the men who are fearful of the Congresswoman: "You have senators who are professionals that you guys know that have been there for a long time, white hair, everything ideal, and they're standing behind her, and they're shaking, they're petrified of her".

Controversial Congresswoman Alexandria Ocasio-Cortez confused countless Americans this week; posting a weird rant on social media while assembling furniture that warned the U.S. has just "12 years left" before "the world ends".

"Absolutely not. These are serious proposals", Gaetz insisted. It does not have a legislative mechanism to occur.
