Cardi has rekindled her relationship with formerly estranged husband, and father to Kulture, Offset, after breaking up at the end of past year following a cheating scandal.

An overwhelmed Cardi B won her first Grammy Award on Sunday night, making history as the first solo woman to win best rap album.

Later in the show, Offset joined Cardi onstage as she accepted the award for Best Rap Album for her 2018 LP, Invasion of Privacy. "Maybe I need to start smoking weed".

The "I Like It" hitmaker went on to pay tribute to her seven-month-old daughter and those who pushed her to complete the record during her pregnancy. "Thank you for always supporting me!"

She also thanked several of her collaborators, including J Balvin and Bad Bunny. She took home the prize for her debut album Invasion Of Privacy while beating out competitions from Nipsey Hussle (Victory Lap), Travis Scott (Astroworld), and Pusha T (Daytona). "We're going to have this baby and do this album".

Cardi B is certainly celebrating her win at the Grammys in style, as she was still sharing messages of love with her fans at 6am the morning after the awards. "It was very long nights".

Despite the lack of big names in hip-hop performing at the 61st annual Grammy Awards, it didn't stop Cardi B from channeling her own high school performing days on stage for her own show-stopping performance.
