Now that the year is about to end, Samsung is gearing up for its Galaxy S10 series launch early next year. The release of the smartphone is expected in March, and their announcement is scheduled for 20 February of the new year. Aside from the Galaxy A lineup, the other device series that Samsung will keep include the Galaxy M, Galaxy S, and Galaxy Note series.

Rumors also reveal that Samsung Galaxy A50 will be powered by Samsung's Exynos 7 9610 chipset, which has a CPU with four Cortex-A73 cores and four A53s. These devices, however, have optical sensors under the display, but Samsung is rumored to adopt an ultrasound fingerprint sensor that would not require a direct line of sight through the screen to the fingerprint.

Additionally, the Samsung Galaxy A50 will support more than one rear camera, and the primary one will have a 24MP sensor. Apart from that, the phone is reported to come loaded with new Infinity display with a punch hole design and it will be available in 64GB and 128GB of storage options. The upcoming offering by Samsung will run Android 9.0 Pie out-of-the-box.

The Galaxy A50 is said to belong to Samsung's mid-range segment but even though the phone is said to be affordable rumours claim that the A50 will come with wireless charging support. The report further states that the company will launch three new models dubbed, Galaxy M10, Galaxy M20 and M230.

GalaxyClub suggests that Samsung will launch the Galaxy A50 sometime in the first half of 2019.
