Deepika's wedding saree was given to us by her mother- Mrs Ujjala Padukone. His bride, Deepika Padukone glowed in a golden Kanjeevaram handloom sari gifted to her by her mom Ujjala Padukone.

According to Filmfare.com, the couple's Bangalore reception is being held at Leela Palace and the actress's mother Ujjala Padukone personally tasted the food a couple of times to make sure that everything is ideal.

During that time, Deepika got a tatoo of "RK" initials on her nape. The couple had returned from Italy after their wedding ceremony on Tuesday evening.

Earlier in the day, Deepika and Ranveer were snapped by the paps as they were heading to the venue in their vehicle. It is being hosted at The Leela Palace, and will see a guest list comprising the Padukones' extended family and relatives.

Hundreds of frenzied fans greeted the couple and cheered the celebs walking in, with bouncers keeping the boisterous crowd at bay.

According to The Indian Express, #DeepVeer will host a reception on November 28 and a wedding party on December 1.

Deepika and Ranveer tied the knot in Lake Como, Italy on November 14 and 15.

However on Wednesday, Sabyasachi took to Instagram and said that the sari was a gift to Deepika by her mother, which was handed over to the designer. She also congratulated the couple on their nuptials. "We have just received information that the sari was bought from Angadi Galleria, Bengaluru and we would like to them due credit for the same", he wrote on Instagram. When I brought it to the notice of @sabyasachiofficial with Radharaman's permission, the designer instantly responded that it was indeed given by the bride's mother to them.
