The Boogie Bomb is helping those stubborn Thanos players loosen up a bit and break out in dance.

Battle Royale's latest limited-time mode, Infinity Gauntlet is very cool: Rather than the typical shake-up the game sees, it allows one player to become Avengers: Infinity War bad guy Thanos and run wild on the competition.

Fortnite's Infinity Gauntlet Limited Time Mashup launched yesterday giving players the chance to drop into the game and grab the titular Infinity Gauntlet.

Just ignore that Thanos already exists in the Marvel Cinematic Universe by way of Josh Brolin and enjoy the spectacle.

In the game mode, players can track down the Infinity Gauntlet and become Thanos, and by default - all-powerful. The changes that have been made to Thanos in Fortnite's Infinity Gauntlet mode include the increase of the damage that his beam does from 12 to 20 against players, an increase of his punch damage from 80 to 100 and a reduction in Thanos' health from 800 to 500.

SetToDestroyX absolutely dominated last week, and they showed an impressive performance with a high number of kills, but Luminosity controlled the late game and came out with the most points. As of now, a quick scan of the game's forums show a common criticism being levied against Thanos having his health reduced, as players are arguing that it defeats the objective of assuming the role of one of the Marvel universe's toughest antagonists. A very competitive game that is played for big money on the E sports scene has to be balanced. As always let us know your thoughts below. Just hit the buttons on the top of this page.
